Welcome, and thanks for choosing WaFd Bank.
If you've recently opened an account, enrolling in online banking creates your online access so you can securely manage your accounts anytime. This must be done before you can log in to the WaFd app.
You may see this step referred to as Enroll, Sign Up, or Get Online Access. They all mean the same thing and refers to the process of setting up your online banking profile.
Why enrollment matters
Online banking isn't automatically set up when you open an account. We're here to help you get started. Secure digital access to your money is important to us, and we want to make sure you can use all of our online banking tools with confidence.
- View balances and transaction history
- Transfer money and access account tools
- Pay bills and manage payments
- Bank securely from your computer or mobile device
Completing enrollment helps ensure you can take full advantage of your new accounts.
Choose the account you're enrolling for
Choose this option if you are enrolling to access:
- Checking or savings accounts
- Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
- Mortgage or HELOC accounts
Choose this option if you are enrolling for access to your WaFd personal credit card account.
Choose this option if your business uses Treasury Express for cash management and business banking services.
Choose this option if your business uses Treasury Prime for treasury, payment services, and other tools and services.
Choose this option if you are enrolling to access your business credit card account.
What you'll need
To protect your information, enrollment requires identity verification. Please have ready:
- Your WaFd account number
- Your Social Security Number or Tax ID
- Your date of birth
- A valid email address and phone number

If you've already completed enrollment:
- Go to the applicable Log In page to access your account
- Forgot your username or password? We can help:
- For personal banking, sign into your Personal Account
- For Treasury Express and Treasury Prime, contact your business banker or call our Treasury team at 800-324-9375
