Forgot Your Password?
WaFd Bank offers several online banking applications, and each has its own password reset process. To make sure you reset the correct password, start with the accounts you're trying to access.
Choose the account you're trying to access
Use this option if you have a personal online banking account and need access to:
- Checking or savings accounts
- Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
- Mortgage or HELOC accounts
Choose this option if you are trying to access your WaFd personal credit card account.

If you recently opened a personal account but haven't completed online banking setup, password reset won't work yet.
You may see this step referred to as Sign Up or Enroll. They mean the same thing and both refer to creating your online banking access.
If you haven't yet enrolled in Treasury Express or Treasury Prime, please begin the process by submitting a form so we can setup your profile. Our Treasury team will upgrade you to Treasury Prime after receiving this form, if applicable.
Forgot your username?
If you don't remember your username, you'll need to recover that first before resetting your password. You can do that here: www.wafdbank.com/username
