WaFd Bank offers several online banking applications, and each has its own recovery process to help you reset or recover your username. To make sure you get the right help, start by choosing the option that best matches the account you're trying to access.
Choose the account you're trying to access
Use this option if you have a personal online banking account and need access to:
- Checking or savings accounts
- Certificates of Deposit (CDs)
- Mortgage or HELOC accounts
Choose this option if you are trying to access your WaFd personal credit card account.
Recover Username for Personal Credit CardsTreasury Express is our small business cash management platform, designed for everyday banking needs like viewing balances, making transfers, and accessing reports.
Sign in requires:
- Customer ID for your business
- User ID assigned to you by your company administrator

Recover Username for Small Business Credit CardsHaven't enrolled yet?
If you recently opened a personal account but haven't completed online banking setup, password reset won't work yet.
You may see this step referred to as Sign Up or Enroll. They mean the same thing and both refer to creating your online banking access.
